In the wake of the devastating wildfires in Lāhainā, Maui, the world's beer community unites.

Initiated by Maui Brewing Company (MBC), the Kōkua Project calls on breweries worldwide to brew a special Session IPA, with 100% proceeds going to Maui's recovery.

With over 650 breweries across 50 states and countries like Canada, Japan, and Germany, the movement is gaining significant momentum.

The underlying message? A collective pour of support, love, and aloha for Maui's affected families and businesses.

Unity in tragedy is powerful. As the Kōkua Project gains momentum, it showcases the beer industry's global solidarity and shared commitment to community.

Whether it's brewing the Kōkua Session IPA, purchasing a pint, or even visiting Maui responsibly, each gesture helps rebuild their community and honors those affected. 🍺❤️

Two iconic brands, Morton Salt and Alter Brewing, just joined forces to unveil Pure Joy, a limited-edition beer commemorating Morton Salt's 175th anniversary.

Envisioned as a hazy IPA/Gose blend, this brew offers a delightful blend of sweet, citrusy notes with a hint of the signature Morton Salt kick.

It’s available exclusively at Alter Brewing outlets and The Morton Arboretum's Ginkgo Restaurant and Café located just outside of Chicago.

As Morton Salt marks its 175-year journey, this collaboration with Alter Brewing showcases the power of legacy and the joy of reinvention.

Cheers to Pure Joy and many more innovative collaborations! 🍻

British Columbia's craft beer scene is buzzing, with a surge of over 250 craft breweries in the last decade.

East Vancouver, playfully dubbed “Yeast Van,” has become a mecca for beer enthusiasts, with locals as passionate about their brews as Europeans are about wine.

Celebrating this beer-centric culture, British Columbia proudly dedicates October as BC Craft Beer Month!

Vancouver's artisanal beer journey began in the 1980s with John Mitchell's pioneering microbrewery and was further propelled by the 2013 change in licensing laws that allowed craft breweries to open tasting rooms.

With a blend of history, innovation, and regional pride, Vancouver stands tall as Canada's microbrewing capital. This isn't just about beer. It's a testament to the region's independent spirit and quest for quality.

Here's to the flourishing craft beer scene in British Columbia! 🍻🍁

🍹 Cocktail of the Week – The Limoncello Spritz 🍋

We’re serving up a taste of Italy today with our cocktail of the week:

The Fabrizia Limoncello Spritz! 🍋

To celebrate, we're highlighting Fabrizia Spirits' hand-crafted Fabrizia Limoncello!

Fabrizia Limoncello is hand crafted with REAL ingredients including Sicilian lemons from their grove in Sicily. Located under Mt. Etna, this region produces the world’s most fragrant fruit!

This very same, high-quality, Limoncello forms the foundation of the Limoncello Spritz – a citrusy, bubbly elixir beloved by Italians.

With every refreshing sip, you're not just enjoying a delicious cocktail…

You're savoring the "dolce vita" – the sweet life.

Here's how to bring a splash of Italian sunshine to your life:

Ingredients for the Limoncello Spritz:

  • 3 oz Prosecco

  • 2 oz Fabrizia Limoncello (this is the best limoncello around 💯)

  • 1 oz Polar Seltzer Water

How to make it:

  1. In a chilled glass filled with ice, pour in the 2 oz of Fabrizia Limoncello and stir for 10 seconds to cool the limoncello

  2. Add 3 oz Prosecco and top with seltzer water

  3. Stir gently for another 10 seconds to combine everything

  4. Finish with a lemon wheel garnish, for a final touch of Italian charm

  5. Drink up!

Here's to la dolce vita, to Italy, and to savoring moments with a Limoncello Spritz in hand. Cheers! 🥂✨🇮🇹
