🍹 Cocktail of the Week – The Bramble
Give it up for our cocktail of the week:
The Bramble!
A modern classic born in 1984 by the revered Dick Bradsell, the Bramble is a delightful blend of gin, lemon juice, and blackberry liqueur.
Its simplicity, paired with the tart and sweet play between ingredients, makes it a refreshing choice.
For a quick “how-to”, here’s The Educated Barfly’s easy YouTube tutorial to make this classic cocktail! 🍸
Here’s what you need to know:
Ingredients for the Bramble:
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz gin
1/2 oz crème de mûre
How to make it:
Pour the lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin into a shaker with pebble ice
Shake until the ice is fully dissolved and the drink is chilled
Pour the mix into your drinking glass
Fill your glass with pebble ice until almost full
Slowly drizzle the crème de mûre over the top
Garnish with a lemon half-wheel (and a fresh blackberry if you’re feeling daring!)
Cheers to the Bramble's simplistic charm and refreshing taste! 🥃

Say hello to Otherwise Brewing's Guava Fresca! Loaded with guava fruit and clocking in at 7.0% ABV, Otherwise's award-winning Guava Fresca sour ale isn't messing around.
This beer falls squarely within the fruit-forward tradition of modern American sours, with guava flavors dominating and just enough acidity to balance out the malt sweetness.
It's a popular and highly approachable beer that goes down deceptively smooth.
In fact, demand has been so high that Otherwise Brewing decided to make Guava Fresca a year-round flagship. 🚀🍺 Why not try some out this week?
