MEZCAL MONDAYS
Your weekly 5-minute email packed with must-try mezcales and history of the craft.

Cheers and salud. It’s Monday, September 8, and this issue is for the people who instinctively reach for a shaker, a lime, or some mixer when it comes to mezcal.
We get it — mezcal is still emerging in popularity, but often misunderstood: too smoky, too harsh, or hard to sip. Oh, but not this one …
If it's your first sip with us, join over 70K curious spirits up here.
Don’t get us wrong, it’s not like we’re anti-cocktails, but …
NOT EVERY MEZCAL NEEDS A MIXER
Last week, we had some friends over. A couple spotted our bottle of ONE OF US Cuishe Mezcal on the table and asked:
“Oooh, mezcal! What are we making?”
Fair question. It’s common to expect every agave spirit to be used in a cocktail.
We told them: “This one’s not for mixing. It’s for sipping.”
They hesitated, gave us a look, and poured a glass.
First sip — she paused.
Second sip — he raised an eyebrow.
Third sip — both leaned back, smiled, and said: “Oh, wow. This is …”
They were speechless!
Soon everyone else was leaning in, curious. From that point on, the mixers stayed untouched — and so did the other bottles at the party.
Why we don’t recommend cocktails for ONE OF US:
Because when you stop shaking and start sipping, you notice the agave itself. You taste the minerality from their palenque’s natural deep well water. You sense the years — the Cuishe agaves they harvest take up to 14 years to mature, and they do not use yeast to kickstart their fermentation. It’s all guided only by open air.
No shortcuts. No sugars to hide behind. Nothing to blur the edges.
ONE OF US Mezcal is meticulously crafted with patience, purity, and purpose.
Not made to be masked — but crafted to leave you speechless.
But now, to each their own. Mix if you must. But like we always say, we don’t really make mimosas with “Dom”, do we? Could we? Of course we could. Should we though? There’s fizzes for that. 😄
Only 7,200 bottles were released in the U.S. this year.
The inaugural 2024 batch.
The very first edition ever bottled.
Never to return.
ONE OF US MEZCAL SHIPS TO MOST OF THE U.S.
A rare gift. A true small-batch edition.
Available only while the inaugural batch lasts.

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.
