It’s crafted at its very own palenque (distillery) in Oaxaca, Mexico, using time-honored techniques that respect the Earth and the agave. No shortcuts. No additives. Just pure craftsmanship led by third-generation Maestro Mezcalero Jacinto Gutierrez.

Each batch is slow-roasted in a volcanic rock pit, distilled in small copper stills, and hand-bottled and labeled in-house with care.

Only 7,200 bottles made it to the U.S. That’s it. It’s exceptionally rare, and it has earned a permanent place in our hearts … and our home bars.
