Cheers and salud. It’s Monday, September 1, and on today’s issue comes with a special present — a small way to honor the hard work we all do, in observance of Labor Day and everything it stands for.

If it's your first sip with us, join over 70K curious spirits up here.

It’s more than a day off …

LABOR DAY IS ABOUT HONORING THE HANDS THAT BUILD AND CREATE

It’s about recognizing those whose work, sweat, and dedication built the world we live in. At Bottle & Barrel, that same devotion is what drives us to celebrate the makers and artisans behind every bottle we feature.

And on that note … our friends at ONE OF US Mezcal have a special message and gift for our readers:

Thank you, Bottle & Barrel!

It’s been seven months since we launched ONE OF US Mezcal. The road has had its bumps, but the response from you — the B&B readers — has been inspiring. We always knew ONE OF US had a place in the world, and seeing that belief reflected back here means more than words can carry.

This mezcal was created for you. Not simply to be poured, but to be shared. To mark the occasions that matter, and to elevate the everyday with presence.

As a gesture of gratitude, we’d like to share something only for you:

And as we raise a glass this Labor Day, we also honor the hands that make it all possible — the ones planting, harvesting, cooking, and serving. Often unseen, always essential.

With gratitude,
Roza & Marco
Founders, ONE OF US Mezcal

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
