🍹 Cocktail of the Week – The “Habibi” Cocktail feat. Dented Brick Gin 🥃

This week, we’re featuring the signature “Habibi” cocktail from the Back Door SLC Lounge in Salt Lake City, Utah!

One of the owners, Derek Kitchen, brought in a beautiful neon sign one day that said "Habibi", which means “beloved” in Arabic.

So — they made a signature cocktail in honor of it, featuring Dented Brick’s Craft Gin!

Ingredients for the Habibi Cocktail:

  • 1.5 oz Dented Brick Craft Gin

  • 0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 0.5 oz coconut cream

  • 0.5 oz Hibiscus

How to make it:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice

  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds

  3. Double strain into a coupe glass

  4. Garnish with a fresh, edible flower of your choice

Cheers to the "Habibi," a love letter to craft cocktails across the globe! 🥂🌸

Dented Brick Craft Gin is the #1 top-selling gin in Utah!

This exceptionally clean and gluten-free well gin is made from 100% non-GMO corn, and macerated over several days to bring out bright flavors of citrus and juniper.

It’s brought to proof with the most important ingredient— artesian, limestone-filtered water.

This water is sourced directly from the snowy and majestic Rocky Mountains, the snow melt flowing into the distillery's own artesian well, creating a unique flavor profile crafted from this pure and mineral rich water.

Juniper is the predominant characteristic, permeating throughout the entire tasting experience.

The savory botanical flavors are tempered with sweet and sour citrus notes, creating a gin that's equal parts floral and refreshing.

It's a vibrant, savory gin capable of standing on its own in a gin and tonic or a more intricate cocktail. 🍸🌿
